I am going out on a limb but I doubt we are dealing with a member of the species in the family Felidae, genus Panthera.
My guess is it is a member of the family Callitrichidae, Leontopithecus rosalia.
Being a sociopath would be expected.

I remember that Evil switched the lions and bears food that one time AGES ago. And everyone around here seems to hold grudges for a LOOOOONG time. So This doesn’t surprise me. Just like we know there is something behind the scenes going on between Lech and the monkeys; it’s been mentioned before, when the Polars captured a monkey and were going to torture him as well.
Also, I really like that Lech is friends with the monkeys, and I like that he’s being… iunno. Smart? And helpful? Here. Weird!

I just love how the monkey apparently knew this whole time that Evil’s on Prozac’s leash (at least as far as the interrogation). Also, nice touch with Evil bastardizing his name.

Another take. Good Cop, Bad Cop. Evil was sent in first to scare the monkey, and then their friend Lech comes in and sticks up for them and offers help if the Monty will do the sensible thing and talk.
Was that the plan or did it just work out that way?

I’m sure the lion wouldn’t be able to murder ALL of the monkeys and get away with it. However, this IS the Discount Zoo we’re talking about, so maybe they can just do that and not have anyone care.
