Sloooow drive home from my parent’s house last night, first snow storm I’ve driven in this almost winter… and yet tomorrow is supposed to be plus 7 degrees? May be a green Christmas again.

They knew not to fuck with him. Perhaps the setup is even an attempt to misdirect him, make him think him and maybe the others got drunk so he doesn’t get angry about how they were actually manipulated.
This makes me wonder something, did they do anything in between when they went under the spell and when they woke up? Is there anything specific they are trying to hide through this?
